BCS Bank is the number one bank on the stock market in the CIS, boasting over 25 years of history. Serving millions of clients, the bank focuses on products and solutions for investors and traders. Over its history, the bank has created numerous disparate digital services: BCS Broker, BCS Premium, BCS Ultima, and others. While their functionalities were similar, they did not align with the company’s ambitious goals

We conducted over 30 interviews and identified key pain points, such as the lack of clear portfolio analytics and recommendation systems, as well as the absence of professional trading tools
